Chris Sanders

Before starting Nero Partners, Chris spent over two and a half years building a specialist recruitment-to-recruitment practice from scratch, growing it into the highest-performing desks in the business with a track record of consistent revenue across London's technology and financial search and contingent firms.

His approach is rooted in genuine market knowledge rather than volume. Having personally mapped, qualified, and placed senior recruitment professionals into some of the top boutiques in London, Chris understands what separates a good hire from a great one, and what it takes to make a placement stick.

Prior to recruitment, Chris was a professional cricketer, competing across multiple continents. Outside of work, golf and cricket are still his two main passions, with a personal goal of completing the World Top 100 Golf Courses...which is a work in progress!
